About Us

My name is Jennifer and I currently work at a high stress job as an account executive. It is a sales position in which my career is on the line if I don’t bring in enough deals. Therefore, I have decided to search for different and natural ways of relieving stress. What I have found is that through my research, some of the best ways to relieve stress include practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga. By practicing these three techniques I have been able to feel happier, less stressed and even increase my closing ratio at work. I feel more focused and feel better connected with the world around me.

Things were not always very easy for me. I have been through many types of struggles in life. For example, two major tragedies in my life have occurred not very long ago. First, my wonderful brother who was only 23 years old at the time passed away in a car accident near our home. Secondly, my loving father passed away of heart failure two years ago. These two events were very devastating to me not only because I lost two loved ones that I was very close to but because I had wished I did more for them and spent more time with them. It has taken me a long time to accept the fact that they are no longer here physically. However, I know that they are here in spirit and I do think of them every day. Meditation was one of the techniques I used to help me move forward in life. Whenever I was feeling really sad and lonely, I would meditate on the wonderful experiences I had with my brother and my father and this would make it feel like they were still very present in my life. Through meditation I have also come to a conclusion how short life really is and how I may be able to enjoy life by being in the moment. Being mindful of your actions and thoughts helps to be in the present. I also enjoy staying physically healthy and yoga has helped me to regain energy and vitality when I needed it most. I also enjoy to read on all types of subjects and enjoy discussing different topics with friends about what we have read. Currently, one of my goals in life is to simply enjoy life more and learn to live in the moment.

The reason I wanted to really start an online business is because I saw it as an opportunity to share unique content with a larger number of people who may have gone through some of the same things I have gone through and want more out of life. This information can help people to reach their goals because when your mind and body are at peace you feel better about yourself and when you feel better about yourself you have more positive thoughts which will bring about more positive action needed to get through some of life’s toughest challenges. Life is not easy but like in the movie, “Life is beautiful”, life can be seen through a different perspective even when most people would see it as a really scary and sad situation.
